However, the court declined to dismiss the case itself. The decision will likely be appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court.
"While this is the rare case in which DA Willis and her office must be disqualified due to a significant appearance of impropriety, we cannot conclude that the record also supports the imposition of the extreme sanction of dismissal of the indictment under the appropriate standard," the appeals court judges wrote. The three-judge panel voted 2-1 to disqualify Willis.
The case has been thrown into disarray since Willis admitted to a personal relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom she hired for the case."

To somehow assume that these folks nepotism, or whatever, means that Trump was not guilty is an interesting conclusion.

My god! You keep on harping about the documents Trump had but never say a thing about the documents Biden had, stored in four different locations no less! Regardless of you what you believe, Trump, as President was authorized to have those documents, Biden never did. The President doesn't per se answer to the National Archives and Records Administration, the NARA is part of the Executive Branch of government and they work for him!

No he didn't. He offered twenty-thousand National Guard troops but the mayor of D.C and Nancy Pelosi refused. Nancy even admitted to her reporter daughter that it was a mistake and on her! And now we find out there were 26 undercover FBI agents in the crowd.

Trump was never authorized to have those documents under the Presidential Records Act of 1978. Have you actually read that act, I have and no he doesn’t. So what is your statutory reference to support your position?

As usual you are being disingenuous about Biden’s records. It is true that three locations were used to store his records prior to the National Archives taking possession. What you are not saying and imagine the bozo stations you listen to don’t say is that the Archives approved of the locations, they were guarded by Federal Marshals and the locations were temporary until the archives had space for them. The documents with at were found in his garage were immediately reported to the archives who took possession and the FBI investigated and concluded there was no problem. Same thing happened with Mike Pence and records found on his property about the same time. Again there was no problem with either individual. Trump 9n the other hand was playing hide the sausage with his boxes at Mar A Lago, golf club in NJ and I believe some are still hidden at his golf clubs in the UK.

I didn’t know you were an expert in legal intent. Asking for 11,000+ votes with one more to carry the state and its electoral votes isn’t election interference? Isn’t a meeting in the White House the night before the certification talking about using fake electors with that beanbag from WI Ron Johnson the messenger boy to give them to Pence. Well, as I read it, YES the documents are the property of the United States and not the President, but that doesn't restrict the President from having those documents.
It also says:

• Places the responsibility for the custody and management of incumbent Presidential records with the President.
• Requires that the President and his staff take all practical steps to file personal records separately from Presidential records.
• Allows the incumbent President to dispose of records that no longer have administrative, historical, informational, or evidentiary value, once the views of the Archivist of the United States on the proposed disposal have been obtained in writing.

You pick out one line of text and interpret the entire Act to meet your interpretation!!!!
