I noticed that the person posting had The 1776but was cut off. Could this be from the 1776 project created by Hillsdale College? It is a right wing private religious based college from this project came in response to the 1619 project. Unfortunately this project has not been peer reviewed and has some questionable historians as authors. One is David Barton who claims a treasure drove of material from the Founding Fathers but will not display publicly nor allow reputable historians review the documents. That is a serious RED FLAG.

For the record I have started a few courses from Hillsdale and I find the research outdated, lecturers boring as hell, particularly the course on WWII. The teacher is like having your grandpa tell boring war stories you have heard way too many times. The message board for student discussion reveals their misunderstanding of Hitler’s rise and use of propaganda. For an institution that teaches the classics Tacitus’ Germania was never mentioned and the 1936 Nuremberg rally is straight out of a tribute from Ancient Rome. Obviously I am touchy about facts like these.
