I never said when the J6 trial would begin. As for the $454M judgment, the court is holding surety bonds guaranteeing the any or Al of the judgment upheld. The Democrats are not holding any money. If you knew anything about civil appellate procedure you would know this. Ask your NW MBA if I am correct, provided he knows anything about civil appellate procedure. I have 30 years experience with these bonds so I do know a thing or two even though all I have is a lowly history BA degree.
