    You people are too stupid for words. It's not the money. He got it after 4 trips. It was the way he has been treated. Just fired off an email to bod and RCSC supervisor because for some reason not a soul will help him with the portal log in, however it may all be a moot point after today's news. We live in a retirement community. Old people live here. Some are sick. Treat them with kindness if you are an employee for the Love of God!

    It's awesome though that you know how you would feel when if you were in your mid 80's, sick and scared and just lost your life partner. And you are ASSuming you know his financial situation. God bless you.

    I have him all taken care of now. Thank you Jean. After 3 weeks and an email to all board members someone was able to figure out how to change things on their end.

    When the owner-member dies, the non-owner resident expects a pro-rated refund on the annual assessment the deceased owner paid?? OWNER/MEMBER IS NOT DEAD. AS USUAL YOU HAVE IT ASS BACKWARDS. DECEASED HAS NO NEXT OF KIN. SEE WHAT ASSuming does?

    In answer to your statement ***Apparently previous posts have confused who had which card, the non-owner Privilege card or assessment paid owner Member card.
    Either way, it’s interesting a refund is requested unless there’s documented proof the surviving resident paid for the deceased’s assessment or privilege card, or is the executor.
    RCSC has all receipts showing paid by deeded owner. You seem to be confused.

    In addition to all this crap it took 3 weeks of RCSC employees telling me they could not help with portal password and log in. It would not let him. Nothing short of a miracle after emailing every board member some how they figured how to fix it. Chris thanks for your kindness here. I am planning another email to the BOD regarding other issues and w. RCSC has made the past 5 months a living hell for my friend. I am in ED waiting now to see him.
