Every home sold since 2003 was sold under terms and conditions predicated on a single lot assessment. You can tell me they have no legal standing and they can just flip it back to a per person assessment and i would tell you that would trigger a flood of lawsuits by every couple having those terms and conditions changed. If you think i am wrong turnkey26, hire and attorney and ask him the question. Don't take my word for it.

I've never argued its fair, nor will i even attempt to. The reality is when you purchased your house you bought it paying a single lot assessment, irrespective of whether there was one or two of you on the deed. Those were your terms and conditions. There's no way to wave a magic wand and make it right or fair. If you can find one without the result of the RCSC being sued into oblivion, i am all ears.

When we purchased our house here, I believe there were 5 people listed on the existing deed.

Doesn't matter how many are on the deed, two can get cards the other can buy privilege cards.

I assume if your name is on the deed you are considered an owner, an thus according to turnkey logic, would need to pay the assessment fee each year. So 5 people in one house each pay the fee. I do know that it is not done this way at present nor hopefully the future.

change it, grandfather everyone in and go on with fair. they did it once in 2003, why not do it again?

Cards aren't issued simply because a name is on the deed. You know the owner(s) have to go in and get the photo id printed to be able to use. In the case of more than two deeded owners the additional people on the deed would have to also stop by the office and buy the privilege card. In many cases where multiple siblings are on the deed they may not live here and would have no interest in purchasing the card. I get your point, about TK26 logic, but it's not the case as privilege cards are optional for multiple deeded owners and renters.

    Hello,
You should be calling MCSO if you think you have vagrants on your property. I too, would not confront the vagrants, but you need to call the police.
The more folks call MCSO about these issues, the more MCSO will continue to be monitoring the neighborhoods over here.
I think we all have concerns about the area now.

I never said 'vagrant'. I don't know who it was. I don't recall saying what I did regarding the police Eileen, but rest assured the situation is properly taken care of in the event there should be any similar events in the future.
