Sun City, Arizona will not allow children under 19 years of age to live in the community. Children are allowed to visit, but only for a certain period. You Don't Have to Go Home, But You Can't Stay in Sun City You love your kids, and if you've got grandchildren, you love them, too. But after a certain age, you're excited to see them live their own lives. If you're thinking about retiring and you want to make sure those fledglings fly, you might want to consider pulling up stakes and retiring where people under fifty-five are not allowed to take up residence on their own. Responsible journalism - lol - I especially love "Oh, and the kids have to be accompanied by a responsible adult wherever they go in the community." Good thing we have those sniper towers to take them out if we see them walking the streets or driving around...
I wish they had a law for those constantly barking dogs in the neighborhood! Don't get me wrong, I love dogs and have had several, but maybe we shouldn't allow dogs either? (Tongue-in-cheek) Or make them shit in their own yards before taking them for a walk? Okay gang! Come and get me! Make my day!
Or at least make owner purchase punch card for dog to use Duffleland. Only seems fair and RCSC could make money to help pay maintenance costs. ( ohs ) only half serious
Maybe decibel limit laws on all cars and motorcycles, with listening stations at all city entrances! (But we can't turn down the starters speaker that I can hear on the golf course 8 blocks away from me - cause these old people won't know when it's their turn).
Checked this out. Val is a talk show host on K101 FM in Sierra Vista M-F 6a to 10a. Have a few friends there. Going to ask about her and try to listen.
Oh you would not like my home! Two Boxers next door, a German Shepard and two little yappers across the street, an on again-off again rat terrier next to the shepherd. Thank God one of mine could not care less and the other one is 15 and only cares if someone comes to the door which is perfect in my book.
