WHAT THEY DO IS IMPORTANT
Finance and Budget Committee:

• The purpose of the Finance and Budget Committee is to review financial statements to determine the financial performance year-to-date of the operation in comparison to budget and the previous year,
• advise the Board of any concerns regarding the financial operations and
• make recommendations to the Board regarding the annual operating and capital budget.
• In addition, the Finance and Budget Committee will recommend approval for Chartered Club auditors to the Board.

What revelations and remedies can be expected? Another Annual assessment Fee increase?
‼️ MEMBER/OWNERS are welcome to attend and OBSERVE: Wednesday, August 16 at 1pm: Finance & Budget Committee 2024 Budget Discussion Meeting - Lakeview Board Room. NEXT MEETING: Wednesday, August 30, at 1pm.‼️

• NOTE: There is NO be Strategic Alternatives Committee (SAC) Meetings on Friday, Friday, August 18. NEXT MEETING: Friday, August 25 at 2pm - Grand Center Sonoran Room. The Oakmont SAC Lab remains open to review additional materials/resources.
• Ongoing: Board Election Candidate Packets Available at Lakeview Corporate Office. Must represent RCSC Photo ID. Packets must be returned by Friday, October 6, 2023 by noon.
