    It is in fact a county ordinance, no more than 72 consecutive hours.

    I thought that only applied within the city limits of Phoenix?

    It's from Maricopa County.

    I think Maricopa County has 72 hr. Restriction, too.

    Both have a 72 hour restriction. Maricopa County allows some wiggle room, moving at least 100 feet or 1/10th of a mile starts a new 72 hour limit. SCHOA’s is more detailed, limiting the 72 hours to “in a calendar month,” not just consecutive days.
