There used to be a seamstress - -in a store front - -on 99th & Bell -(S.W. corner) - located in the corner of the little outdoor shopping area...close to Starbucks - - It might still be there - - a friend used this gal there and was very pleased.... Some dry-cleaners - also provide alterations, etc....check out those - -
