The Shutting down of the National League of Sun City Softball Association

I just learned from my softball team manager that the National League has been shut down for November 9 and November 11 due to two members (who were named illegally due to HIPAA laws) coming down with COVID. This is another shining example of the unconstitutional medical tyranny we have been subject to since the beginning of the COVID pandemic (I meant Scamdemic). The affected players of the National League should show up to Del Webb Stadium Tuesday and Liberty Field on Thursday and play and practice on the field.

Most people have gotten the vaccine or have immunity to the disease.

I am calling out RSCS Board for this unfair and unconstitutional decision to shutting down an entire league and disappointing a large group of softball players.

Was this an RCSC decision? From the notice on League website it appears the NL itself made the decision and they will reevaluate the situation, not the RCSC.

Ron, you're stretching your credibility when you don't get your facts straight. First, HIPAA only applies to 'covered entities' such as most things related to providers, doctors, insurance. Other people or organizations are not bound by it. Secondly, as mentioned, looks like the League and not the RCSC made the decision; Can you dig deeper? Having said that, yeah I agree, closing down the league seems extreme.

 

Normally i let the bullshit slide, it's just not worth the juice to argue. I make an exception when the the stupid becomes so extraordinary, not rebutting it borders on the criminal. I don't give two shits about your politics, if you love the orange guy, have at it. What i do take exception to is calling what we have been through a HOAX. Are you freaking kidding me? Tell that to the 755,000 dead Americans or the 5 million plus around the world. Add it to the collection; Sandy Hook was fake and Pizza Gate is sill alive and well.

Get vaccinated, don't get vaccinated, again not my job to tell you what to do. Just don't come here spewing nonsense. It's exactly why we are still in the shitshow we are in; because the nonsense has been allowed to circulate without rebuttal.
