-have 1 lb of pasta cooking in boiling water.

-in steamer, cook shrimp, clams and scallops 3/4 of the way cooked but not over done

-in skillet, have olive in pan about 1/8 of a inch on low/med for about a minute.
-add fresh chopped garlic about 1/2 a cup to oil while oil is still cold
-cook low for 5-10 mins so it's not bumbling and burn the garlic... this allows the oil to absorb the garlic
-then add the shrimp, clams and scallops to the garlic and oil on med so the seafood starts to cook in it a little but no more than 3-4 mins when your ready to add the pasta
-drain pasta thoroughly add the ALDENTE (make sure a little hard) to the seafood and olive oil
-turn it down to low.. Add fresh basil leaves, pepper
-Put in big pasta bowl al mixed up and serve with wine;)

We got the 'Bacala' (Dryed Cod) soaking in water and getting ready for Christmas and New Year's! Making a big salad with that Bacala!
