I've been holding off posting this till we gave museum members first opportunity to get their tickets. With that done, this is your chance to buy tickets to the yearly Gala/fund raiser. Rather than make you search for how and where to buy tickets, i will post a link at the bottom of the page. You can click on it and buy them with a credit card, all from the convenience of your own home.

The Gala is on Thursday March 5, 2020. The doors open at the Palmbrook Country club at 5 pm with dinner at 6. The program is from 7 to 8 and will include entertainment provided by Nicole Pesce and a couple of very special friends. She is a pianist extraordinaire and is simply amazing.

The museum first opened in 1989 and has quietly been adding, updating and evolving to what is now quite an astounding remake of opening day 1960. Even more exciting are the plans for this summers retooling. I suspect those attending the Gala will here a brief update of what is in store by president Dun Tuffs.

Our membership is at our highest point since inception and more people can through the museum in 2019 than any prior years. Suffice to say, all of our board members and volunteers are excited by the pending changes we will be making.

Here is the link to buy your tickets, hope you can join us: Jubilee Gala V-2020.

By the way, i should say up front; tickets aren't cheap. They are $50 per person which includes a great dinner and entertainment. It is the museum's one off-site fund raiser for the year and helps us cover some of the costs of keeping the doors open and the lights on. Nicole was there last year (without friends) and was unbelievable. Please consider joining us, both that night and as a member.

How'd it go? Great I hope. I always talk up the museum and hope one day more homes in that historic strip can be bought up as the museum expands....

Great time had by all. Made about 20K for the museum. Thank you sponsors. Nicole Pesce and friends were spectacular.
