Here is a map of Sun City. The map can be moved around and enlarged. Can you find your house? I found mine.
If you keep zooming in on map, you can see the front of your house. I did and can even read the address on the curb. This is a heads up not to put address on curb. Maybe not even on house. Or at least not where it can be viewed with camera.
This Google map still shows the porta potty in front of our shack lol. We were under construction then and boy what a difference now. Can't wait to see it updated.
Handy to have. Thanks. I used this a lot before moving here, using the little icon of the walking figure to do down streets and then calculate walkability, alternative routes, etc.
On the other hand, the visible house number really comes in handy when emergency responders are trying to find your house to help you !!
That is why I had it painted on the curb. I suppose the bad guys aren't interested in house numbers. Right? The number on the house by the front door is hardly visible. At one time I had my name above my garage door, but was told not a good idea.
It's amazing what google did years ago to create the best maps out there... Every house in america.. I agree with suncityjack...I use it put the "little yellow man" on a street and you can move it like your walking down the streets in Sun City
