    Hello Everyone,
We are in Sun City with my parents and my sister and her husband.
My sister wants to buy a house. And my parents have agreed to live in our house. (I'm jeleous!)
I want to take them around and show off sun City. The museum, the original sun City sign the newer sun City sign (I don't know where it is but it is the explore sun City video), any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Lakeview Park , Bell is the most central/ largest rec center, any golf course. Willowcreek and Riverview show well. The SunBowl.
Some visitors like to see how SC housing evolved from Phase 1, thru Phase 2 and finally Phase 3. Start at the very south end of 103rd, drive north .....on one street you can see how the housing changes.
    Have fun.

I agree about not missing Fairway. The center has so many activities and easily accessible. Fairway also has one of the Maricopa County Library Branches which is one of my favorite places and close to home. If your parents read or watch DVDs there are 10s of 1000s of both available through the County Library system at no charge. The second branch library is located in the Bell Recreation Center and the "on-shelf" selection is greater but the method for requesting items is the same at both locations. You can also access computers, have free wifi and read in a quiet zone.

Hope my new avatar isn't too risque! Would love to give credit to the original photographer but don't know the source as I've had this photo stored for a long time. Looks like we won't be sunning today and hope there's no cold, white flaky stuff falling from the clouds. We had 30 degrees on the thermometer this morning. Tonight is supposed to be colder so protect those sensitive plants, outside faucets and irrigation systems!

The two libraries are a tremendous asset. I hit the DVDs and CDs at least weekly.
Easy to transfer in from other branches.
