    A home was sold for $68,00 on Talisman. Great price. I probably pass it every time I go to pool. I will look today. I do wonder about the condition tho.
    Also it is on a fairly busy street.

    I am hoping that our values do not go skyward because it means higher property taxes here. I like where we are just fine right now.
