The footprint is too small to be anything other than a vertical structure for a limited use business.

 

Isn't that the site of the infamous service station that Mike Wallace and a 60 Minutes film crew 'invaded' while doing a story about SC seniors getting ripped off on car repairs?*

 

I believe it's going to be a Dentist office, and if I remember correctly the
Dentist already has an office in SCW
