Board Meeting Summary e-mail

    After reading the above mentioned email all I could say is, "Are you kidding me?"

    Over an hour of concerns, questions, and complaints were reduced to 3 mild sentences.

    God help us if that is how the member comments were interpreted.

    You mean this lengthy summary of comments: A member shared his dislike for the placement of tables at the Bowling alley and the refund procedure for the Golf Pass, another Member spoke about the Sun City Foundation and the assistance available to those who have outlived their resources. A number of Members spoke about transparency and their desire for additional information on Motion #4 Sun City Properties Holdings.

    I guess we are becoming minimalists.

    Would this be the "official record" of the meeting?

    It is as far as we are concerned. As you may have noted they were working the sound table and one can only speculate if in fact it was recorded as well. Perhaps one of the board members can fill us in as to whether that is happening?

    As you know V, they always ask if anyone in the audience is recording the meeting, but heck, that doesn't preclude anyone from taking copious notes eh?
