All of your questions can be answered by the RCSC on their website www.sunaz.com

Hey Emily. Calling card holder services is a good decision. That said, at the point of closing you do in fact pay the Preservation and Improvement Fee (PIF which is $3000), a transfer fee of $300 and your first annual assessment fee $450. After that it will come due on a yearly basis due a year to year basis on the anniversary date of your ownership. It now can be paid on line and that feature has become very popular. If you are of age (55) to live here and do not live within 75 miles of Sun City you can get a Rec Card. If you are under age or live too close, you will still pay the yearly assessment but can not get a card.

Card holder services will send out notice and if you have your out of Sun City address on file with them you can get it mailed to your house. Another feature that has become very popular is the new rec card key fob. Much easier to attach it to a keychain like we do say a Fry's or Safeway card.

Hope that helps but call card member services for more details.

I did not know about the rec card key fob. If I pay my rec fee on line, will it be mailed to me.
Or, do I have to pay in person to get it.
