Yes, met with the movers yesterday...nailing down all the steps I need to take for separating from the company I work for. I may truly be the only person who says, I am leaving to pursue other interests, and it will really mean something other than I was fired.
I've "retired" 3 different times but when an interesting opportunity came up I went back for part time hours. No desire to commit to set work hours at present. You'll be so busy once settled in down here it will amaze you how you ever had time to work!
I decided to be decent about it and I told my boss I was leaving, I'm now training the two guys that will take over what I do. Today I have a meeting with the boss so she can give me my goals for January - like I care. 26 more working days.
