I was reading a thread earlier and the poster said something like there are many realtors serving Sun City. Some are good, some are bad, and most are in between. Could someone recommend a "good" buyers agent for me? Responsiveness is the most important factor. Availability and patience are up there, too. I was considering renting for a year, but there's not much out there, and what is available right now seems strangely concentrated on either side of Route 60. I'm wondering if that's not a coincidence considering the noisy trains. (Hmmm, good investment advice to stay away from the railroad maybe?) I figure I could just buy a place, and if I want to move soon thereafter, I'd sell and hopefully at least break even...or accept a loss that would be similar to having paid rent. I will be in Sun City original next week (Friday to Tuesday) and am prepared to make an offer during that time if something strikes my fancy. My price range will probably be somewhere around the average current selling price, or less, since it's just me. Thanks a ton!
