We replaced all of our windows and sliding door and used window world. We had original windows in our condo. We had no problems with this company at all. We are very pleased with the windows and slider and the work they did.
Not impressed by the windows we used in the backroom but friends too used Window World and love their work.
Sorry, for what it's worth - Window World was used by the former owner of our house. She indicated they were a good company, and the windows/sliders are very nice.
We had Window World replace all of the windows in our house, even had a window replaced with a sliding glass door. They had the best price of all we checked. Very professional, cleaned up behind themselves, and finished in one day. Be sure to get the windows with "Low E" and "Argon gas between the dual panes.
