Just a heads up that the monthly Board Exchange Meeting is 9:00am Monday, October 12, 2015 Lakeview Social Hall #1. The candidates running for the Board should all be there and introduced. This is the time to ask questions and get some immediate interaction with the RCSC Board. If they are unable to answer, the appropriate person will follow up with you. There are currently NO motions to be voted on at the Board Meeting on the 29th. Let's hope nothing is added after the Exchange as there will be no chance for member input. The October meeting is a night meeting to hopefully allow those unable to make daytime meetings a chance to attend. The meeting will be on the 29th, 7:00 at Fairway. The candidates should also be present at this meeting. At this meeting you are able to make comments but the Board does not need to respond to questions. They are available before and after the meeting for discussion. See you there!
Great reminder a; the board used to do 1 a year but have now agreed to do 2 per year. It's a great chance for those still working to see the board and management staff up close and personal. Good to get a first look at the 7 candidates; assuming they show up.
Is this going to be broadcast, or webcast, or live streamed or something? I looked on the https://sunaz.com/candidates-for-the-2015-board-of-directors-election-announced/ page, and there was no info. This would be a great way to engage owners who can't attend or aren't in the area during the meetings. I mean, I have a vote, and I have questions, but we aren't coming back to SC until the middle of November. Way too late for this. Not a complaint, just a question and suggestion.
