This one just came on the market and won't last long. My wife used to walk our girls past it years back and got to know the owner a bit. She moved in to be with her folks and took care of them, hence the additional suite at the back of the house. It sits on a massive lot (nearly a quarter of an acre), and is priced right, at under a $100 per square. The outside has great curb appeal. I haven't been inside, so just looking at the pictures looks like there has been some improvements. It's a great location in Phase 2. My guess is it will go quickly. Stopped in to this house when it was open the other day, interesting. Some flooring issues, but that's an easy fix. The courtyards, front and back are quite nice and even with the large house the yard outback is still pretty good sized. Lots of space in the house and great bones. It's move in ready with any number of projects as tine goes by. Anyone with guests, family or friends who like to visit will find this house nicely suited to accommodate them.
