I suppose every community has its "bad apples". I was a bit surprised to find so many sex offenders living in Sun City/Sun City West (and surrounding communities). If you're interested to see who and where they are the state of Arizona has a web site: http://www.azdps.gov/Services/Sex_Offender/
Click on the link....then "Offender Search"....put in an address or zip code and a map will appear flagging each residence of the offenders. There are several in Sun City and Sun City West....one in Festival. By clicking on each flag you'll get a picture of the offender, convictions (and where they were) and his current address.
Hey R, this has been an issue raised by some in the past, but think about it this way: In some sort of perverted way (pun intended) doesn't it make sense for convicted pedophiles to live in communities where no children live?

I didn't say it did. What I meant is...why should they live in non-children communities? Are they ok as neighbors except for that one fault?
The reality is they have to live somewhere C. And while all sex offenders aren't pedophiles, they are perhaps the worst of the lot. That said, I would prefer they live in a location where they aren't near children, rather than across the street from a playground or a school.
The title of this thread is Sun City Child Molesters. However, the list includes all types of molesters.
They live under bridges in Florida....We can't very well have them camping in parks. They, like all other felons have to reside somewhere. We have one down the street from us...not happy about it but he stays to himself. I would just watch my grandchildren like a hawk...like I watched my children when they were small.
