Thanks for posting this new information EO that just was released by the RCSC today. It was interesting to note the extraordinary steps being taken by the board to reach out to members regarding all of the various town hall/informational meetings scheduled Sept-Dec. Now the question simply becomes will they listen or care to the responses they get?

Hmmm? I'm just curious whether or not the proposed bylaws will be made available sometime prior to the Town Halls? I would suspect that if the Board wants Member feedback then the Members should know what's being proposed in order to do their proper due diligence prior to meeting. So...when will a hardcopy of the proposed Bylaws be available from the corporate office? Inquiring minds would like to know!
Typically, purpose of Town Halls are to present information. Don’t think there will be advance copies, perhaps online afterwards or handouts at the Town Halls? So...are you implying that since the bylaws are only being presented as "information only" and not as a motion, Member comments will NOT be allowed? Hmmm?
No, FYI, I addressed your question, “So...when will a hardcopy of the proposed Bylaws be available from the corporate office? Inquiring minds would like to know!” As far as Members being allowed to comment, that’s been the purpose of every Town Hall I’ve attended. An opportunity for the Membership to be informed, react, ask questions and express opinions.
