Yeah, Steve Bannon, the epitome of righteousness. Stole peoples money over a fake wall. Probably a good Catholic.
Since the Churches (all of the Christian ones) preach the word of Jesus, which was essentially love, where in the New Testament did he talk about homosexuality, transgenders, etc.? Well actually he didn’t, so how can you have a basis for being against it and dragging in the Old Testament doesn’t count. Teachings of Jesus are the only ones count.
    Have fun storming the castle.

Not my problem. It's there. Lordy you are needy. You are such a dweeb. General recommendations, then a few lines down you will see the number one. 1. Then read the first two lines.

    Mobile Communications Best Practice Guidance
    Introduction
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has identified cyber espionage activity by People’s Republic of China (PRC) government-affiliated threat actors targeting commercial telecommunications infrastructure. This activity enabled the theft of customer call records and the compromise of private communications for a limited number of highly targeted individuals. While applicable to all audiences, this guidance specifically addresses “highly targeted” individuals who are in senior government or senior political positions and likely to possess information of interest to these threat actors. CISA is releasing this best practice guidance to promote protections for mobile communications from exploitation by PRC-affiliated and other malicious cyber threat actors.
    Best Practices
CISA strongly urges highly targeted individuals to immediately review and apply the best practices below to protect mobile communications. Highly targeted individuals should assume that all communications between mobile devices—including government and personal devices—and internet services are at risk of interception or manipulation. While no single solution eliminates all risks, implementing these best practices significantly enhances protection of sensitive communications against government-affiliated and other malicious cyber actors. Organizations may already have these best practices in place, such as secure communication platforms1 and multifactor authentication (MFA) policies. In cases where organizations do not, apply the following best practices to your mobile devices.
    General Recommendations
Apply these best practices to your devices and online accounts.
    1. Use only end-to-end encrypted communications.  Adopt a free messaging application for secure communications that guarantees end-to-end encryption, such as Signal or similar apps. CISA recommends an end-to-end encrypted messaging app that is compatible with both iPhone and Android operating systems, allowing for text message interoperability across platforms. Such apps may also offer clients for MacOS, Windows, and Linux, and sometimes the web. These apps typically support one-on-one text chats, group chats with up to 1,000 participants, and encrypted voice and video calls. Additionally, they may include features like disappearing messages and images, which can enhance privacy. When selecting an end-to-end

Wow! Bannon's voice sure changed! I think that was a journalist reporting on the Easter Egg Roll at the White House. Bannon said nothing. Neither you or Bill seem to have a clue who is saying what. Just because a person speaks on a TV or Radio show does not mean the hosts are speaking. When you get up to the Mic to talk at a board meeting is that the board speaking?

I honestly don't know why I keep on responding to him??? My bad!

He's such a lonely person I think the only attention he ever gets is on this blog? Lord knows he's been kicked off of others for his so-called snarkyism!

It's a mental disorder that comes with TDS along with his belief that he is some kind of a 13th century French Knight!

    He just can't help himself!

I know, my bad too. It's astonishing. Dems going to El Salvadore on taxpayer $$$$ to have cocktails with MS 13. It's like every time a dem opens their mouth some brain cells fall out.

Just to be clear and before they jump all over you, it was only Chris Van Hollen who traveled on the taxpayers dollar. James Comer put a stop to those other 4 who want to go.

If they want to go, it's on their dime not the taxpayer!

And Congresswoman Maxine Dexter said she’s not coming back to the US until Abrego Garcia is released from CECOT. Good, one less Democrat vote in congress.

I'd love to help her pack her bags!

Thanks for the correction. I did read that about Comer. Maybe they will all go to show their love for MS13.

Hey how about that judge in New Mexico?????

A New Mexico judge has resigned from his position after an illegal Venezuelan migrant with alleged links to a feared gang was caught living in his guesthouse.

Hardly the case Tom as there are other sources, so let me help you all out here with cuts from the Politico article about this exact issue. Then we can talk further why Pete will be moving on sooner rather than later.

Let's start here as it sets the stage:
The nation’s top intelligence officials have told lawmakers that it was routine for them to discuss sensitive national security issues on the encrypted messaging app Signal. It’s widely used at their agencies, they said, and even came preinstalled on their government devices.

But conversations with a dozen current and former government employees reveal a hazier picture of the government’s use of the commercially available chat app — with guidance varying drastically across agencies and no clear oversight over the type of information shared.

Clearly there wasn't much clarity for a period of time, but then this:
Some agencies, including the Department of Defense, have issued recent guidance against using Signal and other publicly available mobile messaging apps to transmit nonpublic, unclassified information. In 2023, the Pentagon’s Office of the Inspector General called out DOD personnel for downloading mobile apps to their government-issued devices, stressing that this could pose cybersecurity risks. Later that year, a memo was issued to senior Pentagon leadership specifying that Signal was “NOT authorized to access, transmit, process non-public DOD information,” though an exemption from the policy could be requested.

In February, the National Security Agency issued a warning about the app’s security vulnerabilities and stressed that Signal is “not approved to process or store nonpublic unclassified information.”

So, in fact the Biden administration at one point approved the app for certain communications. It's also pretty clear at a later point in time the Department of Defense issued guidance against using it for a variety of reasons. But here's where it gets worse:
Current and former federal workers across agencies, granted anonymity to discuss sensitive government communication methods, revealed a complex and looser use of Signal on government-issued phones in recent months, but didn’t know when the policy shift was sanctioned and by whom. These officials also agree that the free chat app should not be used to discuss sensitive or classified information, which adversaries could intercept.

    This one is the killer:
“For comms like that, you just always assume that there’s somebody on your phone,” said one former CIA official, who called the level of detail relayed in the now infamous group chat “beyond idiotic.”

You can read the article here, there's a lot more detail to digest for anyone who cares.

But let's get serious for a minute or two and talk about why Pete is in trouble. We can all argue the first time was just an oopsie moment where the former Fox weekend new host didn't know. The second time was/is just brazen stupidity. Sorry, not trying to be rude or mean but the shit hit the fan when it first happened and the question you have yourself is simply this: What did he learn from his unprofessional actions the first time around?

And here's why trump will have little choice but to flush him: He learned NOTHING.

PS. Word around the DOD community is the department is a mess. He's in over his head. Learning on the job there isn't an option.

It appears his latest connection is Maggie Miller of Politico, a left wing propaganda site. Not only that, according to Maggie's Linked in page she is working to stop Elon Nusk and DOGE.

Good job on the source!!! :p

I have no desire to get into a pissing contest about something I have no control over.

I will simply wait and see what happens. It shouldn't take long if you're right, but I won't be holding my breath.

Nor do i Tom. Time will tell, but given the headlines of late for trump, he doesn't need a guy like Pete out there making him look bad.

Tom, there you go again making statements not based in fact. Name the sites I have been kicked off and be very specific. You shouldn’t do that because it can come back and bite you when you least expect. TDS is something that MAGA needs to run interference for the idiotic decisions the Orange Jesus makes. Maybe the right wing should, during this religious news cycle, read the book The Passover Plot as they seem to like conspiracy theories.

I know my computer skills are not that good, but what I have serve me well and I don’t have to tolerate anything from a harpy like Josie of limited intellect.

Dave if not for insults you would not have anything to post. You have no law degree, yet you consider yourself a lawyer. No law firm would hire you as a lawyer, you only play one on TOSC. Same with finance. You could not get a job as a CFO or financial advisor; you just play one on TOSC. You have a Liberal Arts degree in History. Period.
