Here's the link posted eyes, you tell me how anyone who doesn't know, would actually know whether it was per property, or per person?

*Click here; and then explain to me how many of the 17 listed Del Webb Sun Cities (yes that includes The Grand) are per property or per person?

I'll patiently wait will each of you arguing the point goes and starts digging out the necessary data for each community.

I've freely stated about a hundred times my preference is we had stayed per person. This isn't an argument whether it's fair or not (it's not IMHO), but whether Sun City is the only community that charges per property (we aren't...which was my only point).

Thank God we live in Sun City; a setting where i still cherish and embrace every new day delighted in the knowledge we have chosen the most unique community of its kind...a place filled with joy, peace. serenity and a sense of community that nurtures that love affair we were founded on and around.

May God bless you all, as it has me.

*PS. Please don't confuse the discourse with other charts, graphs, newspaper clippings or what you may or may not know, just look at the document and help me understand what i am missing.

Thank you, thank you very much.

Elvis you will never be or are you implying you are The King. Bill the slide was altered. You know it, I know it and Eyes knows it. Right after the presentation i reposted for 3gen whoever what the asterisks meant. It's posted on this thread. I also posted it is not the first time things have been altered before posting them for the members. But keep spewing BS. As I said on this thread it's why we don't trust the board.

    Bill,

This is the deceptive RCSC marketing Comparative Community Fee Chart, in my opinion, from 2022 I’ve been referring to:
    https://suncityaz.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/2022-01-Sun-City-AZ-Annual-Resident-Fees.pdf

I researched, actually called, several, not all, a couple of years ago. The majority assess one annual fee that provides one “benefit” recreational access. One additional “access benefit” may be purchased at the same rate by a qualified resident in that household. This may have changed since I researched.

We agree Sun City’s RCSC decision to move from per person to lot assessment was regrettable. If every person equally paid, our RCSC budget sure could have benefited in the ability to operate and maintain our community recreation facilities and amenities.

No more comments on the issue from me :)
    The End!

You posted the slide Josie and I have no idea what you are trying to say. All I did was open it and respond to what you posted and based on what you were saying was demonstrate you were mistaken..

Thank you, thank you very much.
