I don't know about every body else on the site, but i'm really getting excited about tomorrow Weds. April 2. Its the great unveiling of trump's fabulous "Nation Libation Day." Now that the Wall Street Journal has called it the largest tax hike in history. coming in at a projected 6 trillion dollars, all of you who can should get the biggest bottle of booze you can find and raise it in toast to the man, the myth and the legend (quick, do it before those increases make the price of everything we are buying more expensive).

Thank God he is going to cut taxes on billionaires so they won't be impacted like the rest of us poor schmucks who pay our fair share. We will be squeezed even more than under sleepy Joe and trump told us all he doesn't care if tariffs raise the cost of automobiles (and everything else).

Ya know what Bill? Biden screwed up everything from foreign affairs to our economy. You have a lot more money than I do, I lost a lot under Biden.

Trump has not been in office for long. I am willing to bet at the end of Trump's term I will be much better off than now. All you do is whine about what YOU THINK is going to happen. Sit back, relax. be quiet unless you have some kind of superpower to predict the future. If you have a crystal ball I don't need to tell where you can put it.

And you know this because you are personal friends? Do you know one of his children died? Do you know why? Who is he hostile to? Did you know he purchased a home for all his children and the THREE mothers? Do you ever wonder how much money he pays to keep them happy/engaged/educated?

I think I remember you saying Lori divorced you at one point in time till you got your crap together, then you remarried. You have no children, if you two could not why didn't you adopt?

Now tell me how it feels to have every inch of your life questioned. Take a seat Bill. Glass houses.

I see that Bill was correct on the immigrant wrongly sent to El Salvador and the Trump bunch was wrong about him bigly. Vance is the learning impaired person I always thought and has trouble reading law that a high schooler would understand. The blond Butch and Sundance team, Leavitt and Bondi look like the fools they are and now the
Trump team lawyers are saying we can’t do anything to get him back and that’s the way the ball bounces in the bigger scheme of things. What a bunch of callous cruel people and you voted for them. Can’t wait until your ox is gored so to speak and see if you swallow it.

Tragic, absolutely tragic what happened to our four U S Soldiers in Lithuania. 3 bodies were recovered and 1 is still missing. The Commander in Chief, the man responsible for the safety of those service men, the president of the United States, was asked bout them and had this to say: The bodies of three of the four soldiers were recovered Monday after a week-long effort to pull the M88 from the swampy bog. The army has not announced their names, and efforts continue to find the body of the fourth soldier who remains missing. President Trump was asked during a press availability at the White House last week if he had been briefed on the disappearance of the soldiers in Lithuania. He replied "that he had not."

At some point, there has to be a better answer than: "I know nothing."

More bad news for #47 today. He was smart enough to wait to make the announcement regarding his huge tariff hikes after Wall Street closed today, but his genius ended there, this headlines says it all:
Stocks Plunge After Trump's Sweeping Tariff Announcement.

And that's on the after market closing, what the heck will tomorrow look like?

Why do you lie? The truck sank in a bog. Here is Trump on the subject. What is wrong with you? I don't believe a thing you say anymore.

Thank goodness somebody finally filled him in. It was terribly embarrassing when he knew nothing. I watched the clip and he didn’t sound too concerned. And of course we know you all blamed Biden for Afghanistan so I guess we should blame trump for Lithuania.

    EH?

Doubting my voracity for the truth Josie, shameful. Here's the link from April 1: https://www.yahoo.com/news/tragedy-scandal-reveal-trumps-low-120102057.html

I do doubt you. You hate the man so much. Did you ever think he had not been briefed yet? That they hadn't found the truck yet? Tragic yes, they were on a mission to find someone and drove into a bog. There was no botched withdrawal. Do you honestly think POTUS knows every move of every soldier around the world? You lie about me all the time Bill. You have voracity to be right.

You were wrong on the deported MS 13 guy, and now you are wrong on this.

    Now what
No actually i wasn't. Sorry, i can post 10 links to your goofy Ben Shapiro link. Lies, if they have the documentation, just show it. That's how freaking easy this is. By the way, all the links are from today. Ben Shapiro...what a hoot.

How about this story from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on that woman that Musk paid a million dollars for her to vote? Here's the cutline: "My name’s Ekaterina Deistler," she said in a video posted Monday morning. "I did exactly what Elon Musk told everyone to do: sign the petition, refer friends and family, vote, and now I have a million dollars."

Here's the headline and the link to the story. Click on it for the story, very cool.

Just how nervous is billionaire Elon Musk about allegations that he may be violating the state's bribery statute by paying people to vote?

On Tuesday, Musk's super PAC, America PAC, pulled a video from X featuring $1 million giveaway winner Ekaterina Deistler in which she said she received the money, in part, to "vote." X is owned by the tech billionaire.

"My name’s Ekaterina Deistler," she said in a video posted Monday morning. "I did exactly what Elon Musk told everyone to do: sign the petition, refer friends and family, vote, and now I have a million dollars."

But the video was taken down yesterday, and America PAC posted a new video of Deistler on X on Tuesday afternoon.

"My name’s Ekaterina Deistler, and I'm from Green Bay, Wisconsin," she said in the new video. "I did exactly what Elon Musk told everyone to do: sign the petition, refer friends and family, and now I have a million dollars."

It's almost exactly the same, except the word "vote" has been removed. She is no longer saying she was paid, in part, to vote in the Supreme Court race.

Here's the link posted on X where she said she was paid to vote.

Here's the revised link to her remarks on X without the word vote.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together. Click on the bold above and watch and listen to the difference. I know you are a big fan of X so this should be like manna from heaven. No thanks necessary; now that trump has passed the largest tax increase in our country's history, us poor folk have to stick together. Pretty clear trump only cares about them there billionaires.

What's your point? she said vote, not vote for anyone in particular. Can you say AI? I thought you were smart. Appears not so much

The point was they made her change it, Duh.
Just a big freaking duh on your end.

Sorry, not to sound snarky, but really Josie when one crosses the line by paying people to vote, even leon gets nervous. Especially when it's a state crime and trump can't throw a pardon his way.

Again, i know it takes me a bit to have to explain this stuff to you, but happy to do so.
