One last musing on my comment regarding a particular person stepping on and hijacking the conversation. I never mentioned a name of a person that I was referencing. Yet, even then, the conversation was hijacked by an individual who constantly insists on making everything about themselves. Had I named the person in question, then it would be defamation. I never mentioned a name or user id. The fact that a singular person decided to claim that it was them being addressed, does allow for validation of every thing I said as they hijacked the narrative again and made it all about themselves.
TOSC is a fantastic platform for sharing ideas, goals, and knowledge. The folks who provide this board are truly amazing for offering such a valuable tool for the community. I thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness for sharing this opportunity. Please know that in my heart I am grateful for this site and the service it provides the community.

As I sit here, in my recliner, with 17 stitches in my ankle and in dire pain, I am so grateful to hear your words of encouragement. I will reiterate my statement there is help for those who seek it. People who expect something for nothing, such as yourself Josie, get exactly what they need, nothing. You seem to want it all your way, and on a silver platter. Josie, Your comments are neither positive or constructive. Others have tried to post ideas and suggestions to help make this chat board more inclusive with ideas seeking input from the audience for a better future for Sun City. There are many people who see a better future for us as a whole. Your contributions do not offer any positive feedback or support for a better future. I, for one, like the ideas being shared here for a bright new generation to bring about change that’s sorely needed. As I look back at the past posts by this person, they are vile and intrusive. To those posting ideas and suggestions for a better future for our community, I thank you for your input. It’s going to be those that seek ideas for betterment of Sun City that are going to help make this place shine. This is an attack on someone in the middle of a thread that is not at all relevant to the topic. But here it is, hijacked. I am always being accused of HATE. Not hijacked, just facts. I tried to end the crazy rift, didn't work. I will bring this up every time I am accused of hating.

As you once posted, it doesn’t go away just because you want it to. Do make sure when speaking to legal counsel you truly represent your involvement in the exact wording you have used, in what context, and how you feel you are vindicated by your own words and actions. Exactly why all are saved as shareable URL's. They cannot be edited in that format. Most just copy/paste to a word doc which is useless.

I have not done anything close to defamation, as there are way too many of your writings to substantiate exactly what I said. Yes Carole, you have. Please post the "vile" words I have used.

The very definition posted clearly proves there is nothing for me to defend. As stated “if the statement is false”. There is nothing false about what I wrote.
In the post you chose to self identify with, you and your name are not used. I made generalizations and you, yourself, chose to make it about yourself.
In my replies I have not used your name or identity to specifically address any comments towards you. The posts I copied from coincidentally happen to be authored by someone using a similar username.
Another attack on me because of the method I use to respond to these comments. How any chooses to format a response is a personal choice. Accusing someone of not being cognizant or capable of competing a task in a specific method is another example of attacking the author. Posting any comment is a voluntary action and therefore has no specific method of application.
It’s clear to this person your intention is to inflame and encourage additional harm to this author. Your obsessive need to be right with complete disregard for the truth warrants no further action or response from this author.
I look forward to seeing additional thoughts and threads posted on TOSC supporting the community. I further hope to be able to read such comments without interruption and intrusive, off topic content.

Josie, I truly believe you are in need of serious mental health support. Anyone who does nothing but try to hurt and name call others, in order to make yourself appear to be right really does need serious behavioral health support. You repeatedly state you are making your statements to point out what was said is wrong.,Someone’s opinion is not wrong, it’s how they perceive the truth of the situation. When you do any writing,? it’s done with such malice and ignorance of the facts are as being presented. I, as well as others, want to continue to use TOSC as a tool for exchange of ideas for the betterment of the community. Your vile comments, followed by pasting many years old portions of posts only exemplifies the fact that you are being immature, childish, selfish and ignorant of current issues that need a positive change to make this community better. I have always been a fan of the site “Talk of Sun City”. This is a great resource provided for the community both in and around Sun City to share ideas and have productive discussions. There is no membership fee to join and it’s available to use just for signing up. Over the years this board has provided significant support to the community and has truly been a positive influence for the residents who choose to make it so.
It can’t be an easy task to manage multiple conversations with numerous participants, but you folks do a phenomenal job. I want to say Happy New Year” to everyone who makes this happen for us to use, and a huge thanks for making it possible.
