Sums up Trump perfectly as that’s what he tried to do with the last election. How about that turnout at the Reading rally, stadium half empty. How about the 3 hour pseudo Fidel Castro speech at the Detroit Economic Club where he repeatedly insulted Detroit. This is a State he needs, what are the chances now?

No proof of anything and is probably AI generated. Do you ever find anything from reasonably credible sources? Sean Hannity, a prolific liar and that dumb fuck from LA don’t make it.

Look at the bright side she is not talking about sharks, electric boats, solar panels, flies, windmills, circles, election losses, and any other drivel that can be thought of.

I am a big Thomas Frank fan, he being the author of "What’s the Matter With Kansas " and want to push a book he wrote 4 years after "Kansas", in 2008 entitled "The Wrecking Crew." (Not to be confused with the group of musicians with the same name) It is his version of what the Republican vision of America is and how they are going to get there and I was amazed at how much it seemed to describe the Trump years. This is (opinion) because Trump never really made the policy decisions that came out of his administration because he has no vision, rather they were made by the folks Frank describes in his book. His perspective is, "bad government is the natural product of rule by those who believe government is bad." [ Unfortunately neither book is in the Maricopa Library system, but I do see a later book by him (The people, no : a brief history of anti-populism, 2020, I think), so I might go check that out. Unless you get there first.

I defer to you on the Thomas Frank book to you. I believe he wrote another book I have somewhere call The Fraud of The Century. It is about the election of 1876 and its aftermath. Thinking of the election of 2020 I remember one of my classmates from several history courses at the uni who said history is like a mother correcting a child, Don’t you make me repeat myself.
    Thought you would like that.

CT, I listed the wrong author for the book I recently recommended. The author is Roy Morris, Jr. sorry for the confusion, I had it mixed up with a completely different book.

I don't know Morris Jr. but will check out what he has to say. I suspect that he is not "Skip" "Roy "Skip" Morris (c. 1930 – 14 May 2011) was a British Scout Leader and recipient of the Silver Wolf Award, the highest award of The Scout Association, "for services of the most exceptional character"

CT, I do not believe so. According to the quick bio on the book, he is a former political correspondent and author of the book The Better Angel: Walt Whitman in the Civil War. He also wrote biographies of Ambrose Pierce and Phi Sheridan. He currently resides in Chattanooga, TN.
