And here is what you have to pay to get those "special prices in the store Bill. Then you have to pay delivery charges and tip should a person choose delivery

Be very careful when shopping at Fry's now. They have coupons and stickers all over the store with sales but most sales (the really good ones) require you to pay $65.00 per year membership in "Boost" to get the really good deals. Was not aware of this program and the stickers do not say Boost required, only 4 of 12 items did I get a sale price, the others were all "you need to join Boost" to get that deal. Just be aware.

Report: Amid lawsuits, right-wing site continues to push false election claims

It's the week in extremism, from USA TODAY
    Published September 28th

The Gateway Pundit, currently being sued over false election claims, has doubled down on conspiracy theories about the presidential election, according to a new analysis. Meanwhile, white supremacists continue to flee Telegram, the communications platform, after its founder and CEO was arrested in France last month. And a report claims TikTok is sowing racist tropes about Haitian immigrants to millions of people.

Gateway Pundit still spreading election falsities

A new report from analysts Advance Democracy, Inc., provided exclusively to USA TODAY, finds that the conservative news website the Gateway Pundit has doubled down in its spreading of false claims about the presidential election. That’s despite the site facing two lawsuits over false claims about the 2020 election.

    · ADI found that from Jan. 1 to Aug. 31 the Gateway Pundit published at least 128 articles containing keywords about fraud or election workers. The articles focused on tropes including that the Democratic party is working with election officials to steal the 2024 presidential election and is allowing non-citizens to vote. Examples included articles with headlines like “PAY ATTENTION: Democrats Just Revealed How They Will Steal the 2024 Election — In Three Easy Steps.”

    · The website is currently facing a defamation suit filed by a former voting software executive, who accuses the campaign of former president Donald Trump and multiple conservative media outlets of spreading “false and baseless claims.”

    · The site was also sued in 2021 by two election workers, who claim the site and its owners “knowingly published false stories about them that instigated a relentless campaign of harassment and threats.”

    · The claims made in recent stories often led to threats of violence, ADI found. The analysts monitored responses to the articles after they were posted on the site and on social media and found calls for civil war and calls for violence against Democratic lawmakers and election workers.

“We are living in an incredibly polarizing and divisive political climate, and the threats of political violence we are tracking are significant and serious,” ADI President Daniel J. Jones told USA TODAY. “Our research details how calls for violence from the right can be traced back to false information being promoted by The Gateway Pundit.”

A request for comment to the Gateway Pundit was not immediately returned.

You know what? The Left sues everybody as an attempt to scare away and bankrupt their accusers, and just because they are being sued doesn't mean the accusations aren't true! This could be just one more case of Lawfare?

The Left sued when the Right tried to have non-citizens removed from the voter rolls for federal elections.

The Left attempts to disbar any lawyer who attempts to represent Trump in all his Lawfare lawsuits.

The Left would sue their own mothers if they were to register as a Republican!

I just saw two things done by Democrats that are so vile and calling for violence against Republicans I can't even share them. They made me sick.

Then this from X. 100 people dead, a man reported the worst thing was hearing kids screaming before drowning and this leftist bitch says this: University of Kentucky ex-staffer says deadly Hurricane Helene was 'God's way of punishing MAGA' | Daily Mail Online

Then you have Dave who thinks he is in charge of who deserves to die (Ashley Babbitt) He is one sick POS. Wonder if SC residents know how "obtuse" he thinks they are. Would be a good letter for the opinions in the Independent.

The leftists must be stopped. After 2 assassination attempts, they are still happily inciting violence against Trump. We are not the same. MAGA

The bullshit from the human lie machine, who simply cannot keep his foot from his mouth, has stepped in it yet again. With the horrendous devastation from Hurricane Helene, one would think it would be a time to recognize now is not the time to play politics. But the tired old man is incapable of feeling anything but empathy for himself.

The problem of course is his lies are easily confronted and refuted. The south is filled with reporters and news services and politicians of both stripe are out and speaking up when their constituents need all the help they can get. It is exactly what good leaders do. What they don't do is get in the way and make it worse.

Here's just one of dozens of headlines covering the pile that trump is jumping up and down in:
Trump Pushes Hurricane Helene Lie Even After Republicans Debunk Him.

It is truly a pathetic display from a truly desperate man. Human misery be damned, just go crap all over those who need help to try and make himself more important. It is tragic.

I guess it really is too bad trump wasn't still president...he could have redirected Helene with his black magic marker. Problem solved.

Maybe he was indeed an idiot savant. With the flick of his marker, all gone.

He showed up to bloviate and grandstand. The republicans (and democrats) in the impacted states need the Federal government to step up in a big way. Harris was at FEMA today talking with those state governors and local officials and making it clear their role was to assist them in whatever they need. NOT FLY IN AND PRETEND THEY CARE AND TURN IT INTO THE CIRCUS trump DID. According to Governor Brian Kemp (R-G) he spoke with Biden yesterday after he said he missed Joe's initial call. trump lied and said Biden was refusing Kemp's calls. The man is pathetic. This whole tragedy is about those suffering the devastation, not trump trying to make hay.

You really are straight from the trump mold aren't you? Turning this into an attack on me. Goodness you need some serious help. You truly do.

Or, wikipedia is a quick and easy way to get accurate information. Remember wikipedia is not designed to be an aid for students or any researcher. No encyclopedia is really acceptable from students or researchers. But for "regular" people? Let's try a test. Suppose someone asked you about Geoffrey de Villehardouin. Suppose you referred them to wikipedia? What do you find
objectionable in that article? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geoffrey_of_Villehardouin What is wrong with sending them there?

"Former President Donald Trump has sued journalist Bob Woodward for copyright violations, claiming Woodward released audio from their interviews without Trump’s consent.
The former president has a long history of filing lawsuits that ultimately get tossed out of court. Woodward and the publisher Simon & Schuster said Trump’s case is without merit."
