I'll start discussion off by saying I had no idea rec center punch cards was such a big issue. I think punch cards in general are kinda neat things--my wallet is full of them esp. those where you get something free after filling them up. Wish they could always be an option, but the online process seems to work nicely for those who have tried it so probably the cards would eventually have died a natural death anyway. Part of the fear is of losing the $ already invested in the punchcard, but heard they were working on crediting it to your account. Anyway, it was too bad seeing so many upset and I hope things will work out.
I have stated many times what I believe needs to be done to alleviate much of the confusion and fear the members feel. It has to do with development of an easy to read and understand 10-15 year plan. More shall be revealed, I hope!
