Yup! Don't answer the question again!
I suspect you were on that same bandwagon a few weeks ago along with your other comrades?

Thank you Bill, I take that as a compliment. Ditto to you!

You know what they say, "you have to believe in something or else you'll fall for anything!"

Bro, now i'm beginning to worry. I guess had you asked me i could have told you i was in favor of Joe stepping aside and letting Harris replace him the day after the debate. No sense in pretending otherwise as i'v written it a dozen times on a political site i have belonged to for years now. Great group of folks, truly a big tent structure where we openly agree and disagree without being disagreeable. Suffice to say, trumpers don't join, they would struggle to follow the rules.

As far as the comrades comment...really? Wow, you need to come to grips with this whole election thing or your head may well explode from the pent up anger. Seriously, i worry about you.

It's clear you're never going to find the Joy i have, but at least find some peace of mind.

So it took you 75/6 (don't know how old you are, don't care) and a near death experience to find joy? That is one of the saddest things I have ever heard. Can't remember when but I remember you were introducing yourself on some site giving family background, AA, union, etc. and you mentioned how your father was an angry man for most of his life. It just popped into my mind as you finally found joy. I hope it stays with you.

As far as "Great group of folks, truly a big tent structure where we openly agree and disagree without being disagreeable" you should try it here. Examples to follow.

Thanks for your concern, but no need to worry about me.

Whether rightly or wrongly, I'm in my Happy Place believing what I do.

It's believing in what your side believes in that worries me.

And oh yes on the comrade thing! That's what we'll be calling one another if your side wins.

    I watched it! Interesting!
We need to tax unrealized capital gains because we have a revenue problem? No! We have a spending problem, and we have to stop keep giving free stuff to people who have no investment in America or desire to work!

Both Party's spend to much money and that's something that needs to stop! How about reducing the size of the federal government, send some of those obligatory agencies back to the States.

We don't need a federal regulation that affects all American's just because something has gone wrong in one particular area!

I believe that's exactly what our Founders said in Federalist 45:
"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected."

    Boy, have we strayed!

It's so sad that after Zuckerberg's letter confirming what we all knew will be ignored. Election interference, hidden info on hunter biden laptop and not 1 person will be held accountable. 2 tier justice system. Kind of makes you want to say screw it!

And Kamala bringing her baby blankie Tim with her as her emotion support animal to the "interview" which will be a taped/edited ad for them is a joke. As much as I dislike Hillary she would not have allowed a man to hold her hand. We won't get to see the real Kamala this way.

Good on her because we know next year trump's goal is to renew the billionaire's tax cuts he gave them in 2017. I find it sad so many of you applaud trump while he left so many of you in the lurch with his massive spending alongside his huge tax cuts for the most wealthy. Yet you attack a woman who is focused on helping the middle class.

Just for a reminder here's what trump did during his 4 years in office with the deficit: "Additionally, tax cuts for the rich don’t spur economic growth or create jobs. They create deficits and debt. Trump’s tax cut increased the deficit from $536 billion to $1.88 trillion (each year). Trump increased the national debt by $8.2 trillion over four years; a feat no other president could achieve in eight years in office."

Let that sink in...8.2 trillion dollars over 4 years. Ya but it's okay because the most wealthy in our country are struggling to get by.

Me? I'll get by no matter who the president is. Far better if it is someone who brings Joy (and tax relief for the middle class) rather than offering millionaire donors more help. He's freely told us; he is the king of debt. Unfortunately we are the ones left paying the bill.

    Joy Baby, Joy.

Yeah, that's what the rich and elite always say. I guess Bill is doing just fine with some big pension from his years in the union as a union official!

Good for him. As for most of America they're still choosing whether to fill-up their car or buy groceries.

You are a sad man. Every thing stated above was hearsay, reportedly said, Tillerson denied the moron thing (that's your personal word)
I am sure that comment was directed towards me as he well knows I was looking to SC Foundation for help with my assessment fee this year. I'm not sure what word I would use to describe the depth of my loathing for him. All I do know is when you throw something like that in the face of a person who lives below poverty level there has got to be a special place in hell for him. I will not be ok if Harris elected, but you care only about you. Enjoy all that money Bill.

Vote Harris/Walz and this could be coming to your neighborhood very soon. More to come re the Venezuelan gang invading Aurora Colorado. The leader was jailed, let out by liberals murdered a woman. Love those Open Borders. Kamala's new campaign slogan is "Whatever Trump Just Said" embroidered on a red baseball cap. You can pick yours up in Aurora, CO. Yoj!!

If my heart wasn't filled with such pure Joy, you two would just plumb wear me out. But alas, i'm resilient and so immersed in the excitement Joe stepped aside and asked Harris to fill his shoes; nothing can deter me. The personal attacks are just who you are and what you represent. Like trump, it's the politics of grievance, hatred and revenge. I prefer Joy and acceptance.

On a brighter note you guys may want to reach out to the DOJ (oops, can't, hate them), maybe the FBI (oops, can't, hate them), well how about the CIA (oops, can't, hate them); dang there aren't many initialed departments you don't hate. Guess that's why you are so excited by Project 2025. They'll get rid of all those bad boys.

But wait, wait, wait, i've got it. Get a hold of Comer or Jordan and call for an immediate investigation. I know they'll jump on it with both feet. Here's the deal; i was out back watching the replay of America's Got Talent from last night and there it was, right in my face. The lead in for the show flashed the signage and i was stunned, stunned i say. It screamed at me "It's Time To Bring The JOY!"

    OMG.
It's gotta be a conspiracy. It's gotta be a subliminal message. It's got to be the Harris/Walz campaign worming (my apologies to RFK and his so sad condition), infiltrating Hollywood. It's obvious what's going on and as conspiracy theory experts, this is right up your alley. You should probably reach out to Musk, Zuckerberg and Geraldo (is he still alive?) as well.

This is big guys, really, really BIG. The more you let mainstream normal folks steal the word JOY and make it synonymous with the Harris campaign the harder it will be to stop the train barreling down the track. It's really dangerous with the holidays coming and Joy To The World being so popular and so many other songs featuring the word JOY.

Anyway, enough for tonight. Headed off with a vision of Joy Baby, Joy dancing in my head.

Wernicke encephalopathy: an acute neurological condition characterized by a clinical triad of ophthalmoparesis with nystagmus, ataxia, and confusion. This is a life-threatening illness caused by thiamine deficiency, which primarily affects the peripheral and central nervous systems.an acute neurological condition characterized by a clinical triad of ophthalmoparesis with nystagmus, ataxia, and confusion.

Wernicke encephalopathy should be suspected in any patient with chronic alcohol abuse or any form of malnutrition and any of the following: acute altered mental status, ophthalmoplegia, ataxic gait, delirium, and hypotension. The classic triad of Wernicke encephalopathy is altered mental status, ataxic gait, and ophthalmoplegia. The diagnosis is made based on clinical presentation, and a definitive diagnosis is complicated as the clinical triad may not be present in up to 90% of patients.

Also, looking for risk factors helps in evaluating the patient as Wernicke encephalopathy was classically thought of as a disease exclusively due to alcoholism. However, in recent years Wernicke encephalopathy is also seen in patients that are chronically malnourished, post-bariatric surgery, hyperemesis gravidarum, liver disease

    Symptoms include:
    • Amnesia or inability to form new memories.
    • Behavioral changes, such as agitation or anger.
    • Confabulation.
    • Delirium and disorientation.

Bill, it's no secret that "Joy" has become the new coordinated buzzword of the Left, so I'm not buying your phoney euphoria, but you did have me there for a while! Lol!

If I was a Leftest I would have picked-up on it sooner. My bad!

No Tom, sadly and unfortunately for you this is not "phony euphoria." Since Joe dropped out my optimism and excitement has energized me to re-engage with those of you trapped in the doom loop of misery, hatred and revenge. I simply could not get excited about a Biden/trump rematch. It was painful to watch two really old people again. The vast majority of voters in this country felt the same way.

Now, with Harris in the race and Joe headed off to enjoy his retirement, we are left with only one way too old a candidate running. All of which brings me and most likely 80 million plus voters nothing but Joy Baby, Joy.
