I also have seen many small dogs attacked in dog parks. I also like the look of those medians for the dogs. good to know.

 

It is certainly large enough to be sectioned, I have no idea why they haven't done that. Perhaps a money issue.

Get ahold of a realtor and ask them about Sun City - and also have them send you pictures & prices and areas of their Homes for Sale here. They will set you up on a site of theirs and send it directly to your Email acct. there in California ! A great way to house-hunt !

Cynthia..When I looked for my home - - I knew exactly what I wanted -- a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with NO formal Living Room...I have a regular Living Room and a Large AZ Room which I use as my very large dining room ( will seat up to 14 people at my table.) AND also has a T.V. and two chairs on one side -- for a little family-type room - - I love it. My dining room table is my kitchen table also -- my kitchen in small cooking & prep space only. I also wanted my house to face either North or West - - so my back yard would be in shade in the afternoon ! I got it all - - PLUS I wanted a block wall fence....which I got. I have a 1465 sq.ft. home -- The plan Fontaine and I love it !! just perfect. I am in Phase II. Let your Realtor know exactly what you want and your specs ! ! ! They'll help you get what you want - -that is their job.

 

My dogs love walking the medians....lots of grass (which Duffee doesn't have) and they get to meet up with their doggie friends almost on a daily basis. We have met a lot of people walking the dogs around Sun City......dog people make the best friends!

Call the Sun City Visitor Center.
They have a book and should be able to tell you Model # and Name.

Under Homes I have posted Model number. Unfortunately, it does not give name.
