Original Sun City incoming resident

Hi all! I am looking forward to experiencing the Sun City life in about a month. It took several attempts in this crazy seller’s market, but we managed to land a place in a great phase two location. I have been reading the forums for a couple of months and have found the discussions to be quite informative...I appreciate being able to learn the positive and the not-so-positive issues regarding the community. Thanks for all the input thus far and in the future!

It is very convenient to everything north, south, east, and west!

Hello what is considered phase two I found bell but not Grand which I think someone said is the cutoff.

 

Phase II is between Bell & Grand
